Are you insured for commercial work?
Yes — fully. Commercial general liability and workers' comp on every employee. Certificates available to property managers and GCs before we set foot on site.
Do you coordinate with general contractors?
Yes. We work as a sub for GCs regularly, coordinate with architects and engineers, and meet town and inspector requirements.
What types of commercial work do you do?
Storefronts, restaurants, multi-family, property management work, retail, light industrial. We pass on highly specialized work (e.g., institutional restoration) when it's not our specialty.
